Savouries - goat cheese, pumpkin and sage quiche; roast beef bagel with horse radish, water cress & cornichons; crayfish with asparagus & Mary Rose sauce on toasted focaccia and smoked salmon and avocado on blinis - followed by a warm selection of plain and white chocolate scones, served with Devonshire clotted cream and homemade strawberry preserve.
Pastries - blood orange & passion fruit jelly Petri dish, mint & chocolate planet mousse with spaceman, nutty Milky Way macaroon, lemon crescent fondant fancy, almond short bread dinosaur & fossil chocolate box served with a selection of toppings: freeze dried raspberry crispy, freeze dried yogurt crispy, chocolate biscuit crunch ball & honey toffee on squeeze tube.
