The Drawing Room Rich mahogany panels line the walls of our first-floor Drawing Room, where Victorian portraits keep watch over leather armchairs that have hosted countless celebrations. We've preserved the original wood bar with its intricate carved details, now fully stocked and ready with your own dedicated bartender for the evening. The room holds 35 seated or 55 standing, giving you flexibility whether you're planning a formal dinner or cocktail reception. Through the tall windows, the Thames flows past just below, and when weather permits, your guests can step onto our private balcony to watch rowing crews glide by or simply enjoy the riverside air. We've found wedding parties particularly love having drinks out here during golden hour, when the light catches the water just right. The leather seating can be arranged however suits your event, from intimate groupings for birthday gatherings to theatre-style for presentations. We've kept the TV and Wi-Fi discreet but accessible, knowing some corporate groups need them for afternoon sessions before evening celebrations begin. The warm lighting from the original fixtures creates just the right atmosphere once night falls. Our kitchen downstairs sends up sharing platters or formal three-course meals via the back stairs, while your bartender mixes drinks to order at the private bar. Many hosts choose our seasonal cocktail menu, though the bar stocks everything from local ales to premium spirits. The separate entrance means your party stays private while still feeling connected to the historic pub atmosphere below. Ravenscourt Park station sits just minutes away on foot, and we're happy to arrange taxi pickups directly from our riverside entrance.
