Walking into the Henry Wellcome Auditorium feels like stepping into a proper theatre, with 154 plush purple seats arranged in tiers that give everyone a clear view of the raised stage. We've hosted everything from pharmaceutical product launches to film screenings here, and the space adapts beautifully to each event's needs. The auditorium's theatre-style seating comes with pull-out armrest tables, perfect when your guests need to take notes during presentations. Nine speakers can comfortably share the stage, supported by our HD projector, large projection screen and comprehensive PA system. Our projection room overlooks the space, where our technician manages all the technical elements throughout your event, included in your booking. Purple might seem like an unusual choice for seating, but it adds warmth to the neutral walls and modern design. Recessed ceiling lights create bright, even illumination, while strategic stage lighting ensures your speakers command attention. Two aisles run through the seating, making it easy for guests to move about during networking breaks. The Williams Lounge connects directly to the auditorium, serving multiple purposes throughout your event. Use it for registration as guests arrive, refreshment breaks between sessions, or lunch service. We've equipped it with a plasma screen for your branding, plus a built-in office space and cloakroom for practical needs. Getting here couldn't be easier from Euston Road, with multiple tube stations nearby. We've installed wheelchair access throughout and an induction loop system for hearing aid users.
