Our kitchen team obsesses over provenance – the beef comes from small farms we've worked with for years, the fish is day-boat fresh, vegetables arrive with dirt still on them. Simple cooking, exceptional ingredients. But we're more than just steaks and cocktails (though both are rather good). For private events, we transform remarkably well. Board dinners in our mezzanine, cocktail receptions flowing through the main floor, even full venue takeovers for those big celebration moments. We've hosted everything from IPO parties to intimate wedding dinners. The AV setup handles presentations smoothly, our events team manages every detail, and yes, we're licensed for ceremonies if that's your thing. What surprises people is how naturally we shift gears.
