York House is located on Pentonville Road, just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station. Working with dMFK architects, we have transformed this 1980s office building in Kings Cross with outdoor spaces and plenty of natural light. With a mix of co-working space, offices, meeting rooms, plus a gym and a café, this space had been designed to encourage productive, flexible and collaborative working. With private offices from 3 desks in size to 50 desks, we are sure that there will be an office space that suits your requirements. We have seven meeting rooms available for external hire, which you will also have access to should you chose to rent an office or desk with us. These spaces in King's Cross are fully managed, so there is no need to worry about maintaining facilities. Our professional community teams take care of tech set-up, guest attendances, kitchen replenishment and mail handling.
