Our pride and joy is the POD Theatre - a 120-seat auditorium where presentations come alive through crystal-clear acoustics and visuals that make every seat feel like the best in the house. We've hosted everything from tech launches to medical symposiums here, and speakers consistently tell us it's one of the most responsive rooms they've presented in. Beyond the theatre, we offer 20 meeting rooms that adapt to your needs, whether you're brainstorming with 6 colleagues or training 90 staff members. Each room comes equipped with AV technology, Wi-Fi, and climate control - the basics done right so you can focus on what matters. Our Atrium serves as the heart of larger gatherings, easily accommodating 600 guests for exhibitions or receptions, while The Deck above provides a more intimate setting with views across the entire space. When the weather cooperates (and sometimes even when it doesn't), our groups gravitate toward The Courtyard and The Lakeside Deck. These outdoor spaces, surrounded by our landscaped gardens and peaceful lake, have hosted everything from summer wedding ceremonies to corporate barbecues. We handle all the details through our in-house team - from Fair Trade coffee service and Twinings tea selections to full dining experiences ranging from working lunches to formal dinners for 260. Our kitchen accommodates all dietary requirements, and our event managers coordinate every aspect from initial planning through to departure. Located in Rainham with straightforward transport connections and plenty of on-site parking, we're built for accessibility without sacrificing atmosphere.
