Racing history meets modern conferencing in our Napier Room, where original Art Deco details frame your business presentations. This generous space accommodates 250 delegates in theatre-style seating, with period windows drawing natural light across the room throughout the day. When your presentation demands it, full blackout blinds create the perfect conditions for video content and projections. We've equipped the room with everything conference organisers tell us they need: built-in PA system, lectern with microphone, and a large projector and screen already in place. Additional portable screens can be arranged for larger presentations where visibility matters. The technical setup handles everything from AGMs to training workshops, while our team manages the details so you can focus on your content. During coffee breaks, delegates often step onto the private balcony overlooking the historic Paddock. It's where racing drivers once prepared for competition, now offering your attendees fresh air and conversation space away from the main room. The view provides natural talking points that help break the ice at networking sessions. The room's flexibility shows in its various configurations: beyond the 250-person theatre layout, we arrange 144 seats cabaret-style for workshops requiring table space, or set formal dining for 150 guests when your event calls for it. The vibrant carpet in racing red and orange pays homage to our motorsport heritage, while the contemporary lighting ensures excellent visibility for note-taking and presentations. Our venue sits just off the M25 near Weybridge, Surrey, with substantial on-site parking that eliminates the usual conference arrival stress. The Edwardian Clubhouse location provides full accessibility throughout, from entrance to meeting spaces. Between sessions, your delegates might explore our aviation exhibitions or book time on the F1 simulator, turning a standard meeting day into something rather more memorable.
