Our H2O Room opens onto morning mist rising from the wetland pools, where reed warblers call from the rushes just beyond your meeting windows. This contemporary space seats 100 delegates theatre-style or 70 in cabaret formation, with smart screens mounted for crystal-clear presentations and corporate videos. The room divides into two separate areas when you need breakout sessions, each maintaining those calming views across the reserve. We've positioned the seating to catch natural light from the large windows while green-accented walls echo the wetland colours outside. Those wall panels showing serene water scenes aren't just decoration, they're photographs from right here on the reserve, taken by our own team. Your delegates gather first in our spacious foyer, where morning coffee gets served while early arrivals watch coots building nests on the nearby pond. The covered decking extends this welcome space outdoors, proving particularly popular for lunch breaks when the weather cooperates.
