The Wesleyan room sits on the lower ground floor of our venue, where morning light pours through large windows that transform the space throughout the day. We've configured this room to handle everything from intimate board meetings of 26 to theatre-style presentations for up to 72 delegates, with the flexibility to arrange seating in U-shape, classroom, or boardroom formats depending on your needs. High ceilings create breathing room for ideas, while the parquet flooring adds warmth beneath your feet. We've installed proper blackout blinds for when presentations require darkness, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those long strategy sessions. The flatscreen TV, projector, and PA system are straightforward to operate, no IT support needed, and the Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without the usual conference room struggles. Just outside, our pantry area becomes the heart of break times. We keep it stocked with proper coffee, a selection of teas, and refreshments throughout your booking. Groups often tell us their best breakthroughs happen here, during those unplanned conversations over a decent cup of coffee.
