The Clubhouse offers 80 standing reception spaces or 30 boardroom seats in what was once the vestry's main gathering hall. We've kept the original gothic windows that face east, giving morning meetings particularly good light, while our LED system lets you adjust brightness for afternoon presentations or evening workshops. The polished wooden floors date back to the building's consecration, though we've added acoustic panels behind the digital artwork to manage sound during larger training sessions. Our HD screen sits where the altar once stood, creating an unexpectedly effective focal point for presentations. The room's high ceilings help with ventilation when you have full capacity, working alongside our modern air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable during intensive workshops. We've arranged different seating zones throughout The Clubhouse. The main conference area uses modular tables that our team can configure for boardroom discussions, classroom-style training, or clear completely for networking receptions. The soft seating area by the windows works well for breakout discussions or when participants need space for phone calls between sessions. Many facilitators use this flexibility to switch between presentation and workshop modes without losing momentum. The digital art displays rotate monthly, giving regular clients something new to discuss during coffee breaks.
