Our Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 sit on the third floor of the Beit Quadrangle, catching plenty of natural light through the large windows that face out across Imperial College London's campus. The flexible dividing wall between these rooms gives you options, whether you need two intimate boardroom sessions running simultaneously or one larger space for presentations to up to 41 people. We've kept the design clean and functional, with neutral tones that won't distract from your agenda. Both rooms come equipped with projectors and screens, and when you open them up into one space, the dual projection setup means everyone gets a clear view of your content, no matter where they're seated. The natural daylight really does make a difference during those long training days, though we've got adjustable lighting for when you need to dim things down for presentations. The furniture moves easily, so we can set up boardroom style for 12, classroom rows for 20, theatre seating for up to 41, or U-shape for 22. Our team handles the reconfiguration based on what works best for your session. Many groups use the boardroom layout for morning strategy meetings, then switch to classroom style after lunch for training workshops. South Kensington Underground is about five minutes on foot, with the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines getting your attendees here from across London. Being so close to Hyde Park, quite a few groups take their coffee breaks outside when the weather cooperates, and some even continue discussions with a walk through the park after their sessions wrap up. Our in-house catering team brings refreshments directly to your room, from morning pastries and coffee through to working lunches. The kitchens downstairs prepare everything fresh, and we can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.
