The Strand, Fleet & Bell comprises three interconnecting suites that work brilliantly as separate spaces or open up into one impressive conference area. From the first floor, these rooms offer flexibility that our regular clients particularly value, whether they're running departmental meetings or hosting larger seminars. Blue patterned carpeting runs throughout all three rooms, while traditional wallpaper and golden-draped windows create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Natural light pours in during daytime sessions, though our chandeliers provide warm lighting when needed. We've installed built-in AV equipment and projectors across the suites, so presenters can move seamlessly between rooms without technical interruptions. The combined space accommodates 80 delegates in theatre style or 64 in cabaret layout with catering positioned at the rear. For board meetings, we configure the rooms for 44 participants, while classroom setups work well for 60. When clients need more intimate discussions, our U-shaped arrangement seats 48 comfortably. The flexibility extends to reception formats too, where we can host up to 150 guests across the interconnected suites. Access via our lift makes these first-floor rooms convenient for all attendees. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable regardless of season or guest numbers. We often see clients using one suite for presentations, another for breakout sessions, and the third for refreshments, adapting the configuration as their day progresses.
