Since 1924, our doors have welcomed thousands of celebrations through the decades, from children's birthday parties to golden anniversaries. When you book all five rooms at Katherine Low Settlement, you're getting a century of community spirit wrapped into 2,660 square feet of versatile party space. Our Chapel Room becomes the heart of most celebrations, where 70 guests can dance beneath the vaulted ceilings while daylight streams through the large windows. The full-length mirror that runs along one wall reflects the festivities, doubling the energy in this 810-square-foot space. For seated dinners, we comfortably arrange tables for 50. The Snooker Room brings its own character to your event. That original pool table becomes a conversation piece at drinks receptions, while the recently installed wooden floors handle everything from children's games to cocktail parties. Another 810 square feet means 40 of your guests can gather here comfortably, perhaps as a quieter space away from the main party. Our Art Room opens directly onto the courtyard through large windows, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Morning celebrations particularly love this 350-square-foot room where 20 people can enjoy birthday cake with the sun streaming in. The Keith Chapman Room mirrors the Chapel Room's generous proportions, giving you flexibility for different party zones, while the Wates Room's 345 square feet works brilliantly as a children's craft corner or quiet space for 25 guests. Our kitchen handles everything from birthday buffets to wedding catering prep. Free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and we'll arrange tables and chairs however suits your celebration. Ten minutes from Clapham Junction station, with free street parking after 4:30pm and all weekend, getting here couldn't be simpler. At £45 per hour plus a £100 refundable deposit, you're booking a proper community venue with soul.
