Those wooden beams catch your eye first when you walk into our Loft Space, stretching across the vaulted ceiling like the ribs of an old ship. We've kept the original exposed brick walls from when this was an industrial building, and they give the room this wonderful warmth that changes with the light throughout the day. The space itself is 1,100 square feet of possibility. We can seat 100 for a formal dinner, with round tables dressed in crisp linens and your choice of centrepieces, or clear the floor for 130 guests at a cocktail reception. The arched windows run along one side, flooding the room with natural light that photographers absolutely love, especially during those late afternoon hours when everything turns golden. Our fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the loft, which makes catering remarkably straightforward. Your chosen caterers will find everything they need here, from preparation space to serving areas, with separate access so service runs smoothly without disrupting your celebration. The outdoor terrace opens right off the main room through glass doors, giving your event this natural flow between inside and out. We've laid artificial grass out there and added casual seating, creating a proper garden feel in the middle of Maida Vale. It's where guests naturally drift during cocktails, or where the wedding party sneaks away for a quiet moment. Getting your guests here is simple: Queen's Park Overground is a short walk away, and the 206 and 187 buses stop practically at our door. We do need to wrap things up by 10pm due to our residential neighbours, but most couples find this works perfectly for their timeline. The transformation this room undergoes for different celebrations never ceases to amaze us, from intimate wedding breakfasts with fairy lights strung between the beams to vibrant birthday parties with the furniture cleared for dancing.
