The Mezzanine Floor at The Hydrant sits above the bustle of the ground floor bar, creating your own private world with its own bar and those distinctive chevron tiles that catch the afternoon light. We've designed this space to work equally well for corporate drinks receptions or birthday celebrations, with room for up to 175 guests standing or 90 seated around tables. Those floor-to-ceiling windows running along one side frame The Monument perfectly, and during summer parties, the evening sun creates quite the atmosphere up here. The wooden paneling adds warmth to the space, while our mix of leather booths and individual seating gives your guests options for how they want to spend their evening. We've noticed people naturally gravitate towards the booths for more intimate conversations, while others gather around the bar where our team serves everything from local craft beers to seasonal cocktails. The private bar means no queuing with the public downstairs, and we've installed proper AV equipment for presentations or background music. The lighting adjusts from bright for daytime product launches to something more atmospheric for evening parties.
