The Gallery Space at Hollybush Gardens opens directly onto the raw concrete floors that have witnessed countless art exhibitions and parties since 2005. We've watched this room transform from showcasing Turner Prize nominees to hosting unforgettable celebrations, and the industrial character never fails to create atmosphere. High ceilings stretch above exposed brick walls and clean white surfaces, giving you genuine flexibility for party layouts. The space comfortably holds 70 guests for standing receptions, or we can arrange seating for 50 theatre-style, 40 for banquet dining, or 40 boardroom configuration. The open floor plan means your event flows naturally, whether you're planning a cocktail party that moves between the brick alcoves or a seated dinner under atmospheric lighting. Our Clerkenwell location puts you moments from Bethnal Green station, with Cambridge Heath also within walking distance. The Warner Yard address places your party in the creative heart of EC1R, where the industrial architecture tells its own story. Those concrete floors that normally display contemporary installations become your dance floor, while the brick walls that frame artworks create intimate corners for conversation. The acoustics here work brilliantly for live music and DJs, with sound bouncing beautifully off the hard surfaces. Available for private hire evenings and weekends outside our gallery hours (Wednesday-Saturday, 11am-6pm), the space becomes entirely yours.
