The Pink Chihuahua bar comes alive every night beneath El Camion's bustling ground floor, where exposed brick walls meet vibrant Mexican murals in a space that feels like discovering a secret cantina. We've created something special down here in our Soho basement, where up to 49 guests can gather around high tables or claim spots along our timber-topped bar while our bartenders shake up cocktails from one of the UK's most extensive agave collections. The room wraps you in warm lighting that bounces off hundreds of tequila and mezcal bottles displayed behind the bar, each one carefully selected to fuel the kind of night Soho is famous for. Our walls tell stories through playful artwork and bold colours that set the tone before the music even starts. We've arranged the space with a mix of high stools at the bar and bench seating around tables, giving groups flexibility to mingle or settle in for the evening. Every surface here has been chosen to handle proper parties, from birthday celebrations that spill across the entire floor to work gatherings where colleagues finally let loose. The underground location adds to the atmosphere, creating that speakeasy feeling while our sound system pumps out music that gets progressively livelier as the night rolls on. We stay open until 3am Monday through Saturday, long after most London venues have called last orders. The versatility of The Pink Chihuahua means we can accommodate both banquet-style setups for 49 seated guests or reception-style arrangements for the same number standing and mingling.
