The Upstairs Function Space Our first-floor party room catches you off guard when you climb the stairs. What was once a traditional pub function room now pulses with energy, thanks to the LED uplighting that washes the exposed brick walls in whatever colour sets your party mood. We've kept the character of the building intact while adding everything modern parties demand. The space works brilliantly for 175 guests standing or seats 100 comfortably when you need everyone sitting down for speeches or performances. Your own private bar runs along one wall, staffed exclusively for your event, so no one's queuing downstairs missing the action. We've installed proper PA equipment that touring bands actually use, plus AV setup for everything from birthday montages to corporate presentations. Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter location puts you five minutes from Snow Hill station, with New Street about 15 minutes away. Street parking becomes free after 6pm, right when most parties kick off. We stay open until 2am (2:30am Fridays and Saturdays), giving you proper time to celebrate without clock-watching. The room transforms depending on what you need. We've hosted 30th birthdays where bands played until midnight, Christmas parties that packed the dancefloor, and corporate events where the exposed brick provided the perfect backdrop for presentations. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles whatever your guests throw at it, from livestreaming performances to sharing photos all night. Food-wise, we work around your plans. Simple tea and coffee for afternoon gatherings, substantial buffets for all-night parties, or just nibbles to keep people going between drinks. Our kitchen handles different dietary requirements without fuss, because we know mixed groups need options. The main venue downstairs keeps its own atmosphere going with regular live music, while our terrace offers breathing space when you need fresh air between celebrations.
