We've kept these authentic features while creating a space where up to 12 people can gather around our sleek rectangular table for focused boardroom sessions. Lovely venue but difficult to get in and out of. It wasn't made clear there is an entrance on Platform 1 of Paddington station. You can't get in and out without a member of staff and they are not always around.

Receptionist did not know of our booking. Room Six was communicated with guests but we were moved to room three. Room was not ready on arrival and was being 'turned around'. Poor overall experience.
