Fine Room 2 captures everything that makes our Georgian townhouse special, with its grand bay windows drawing morning light across the original marble fireplace and painted ceiling. We've hosted board meetings here where executives pause mid-presentation, struck by the ornate chandelier overhead, and private dinners where guests linger over coffee, admiring the Adamesque details that define this regency space. The room comfortably seats 70 for presentations or 40 for formal dining, though we often see clients choose our cabaret layout for 40 when they want more interactive sessions. The flexibility works particularly well, we can shift from a morning conference for 30 in classroom style to an evening reception for 70 without missing a beat. Our technical setup includes projector, PA system and full Wi-Fi coverage, all discretely integrated to preserve the room's historic character. What makes Fine Room 2 particularly effective is how the natural light changes throughout the day. Morning meetings benefit from the eastern exposure through those grand windows, while afternoon events take on a warmer quality. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during summer conferences, though many clients tell us they prefer opening the original sash windows when weather permits.
