This traditional boardroom space, with its carefully chosen artwork and heavy curtains framing tall windows, has witnessed countless negotiations and presentations over the years. We've configured the room around a substantial boardroom table that seats up to 18 comfortably, though we can accommodate 25 for theatre-style presentations. The pull-down projection screen works perfectly with our installed audiovisual equipment, and our team ensures everything runs smoothly. Recently, when a client arrived to find their requested screen wasn't initially set up, our staff had it sorted within minutes, something they particularly appreciated in their feedback. What makes the City Room particularly useful is its flexibility. We can open it up to connect with either the Wellington or Masterman Rooms when you need breakout space or want to host drinks for up to 40 guests after your meeting.
