The ornate barrel ceiling curves overhead in Bevin Hall, our ground floor meeting space that combines Westminster grandeur with modern functionality. We've preserved the architectural details, those intricate ceiling moldings that give the room its distinguished character, while integrating the technology today's meetings demand. Our largest space accommodates 120 delegates in theatre style, though we regularly reconfigure it for different needs. Corporate boards of 40 find the boardroom layout works perfectly for strategic discussions, while training teams often prefer our cabaret setup for 64, which encourages interaction between table groups. The U-shape arrangement suits workshops for 30 participants who need clear sightlines to both presenter and peers. The raised stage area anchors one end of the room, complete with a height-adjustable lectern and top table for four speakers. Our front projection system includes the main screen plus two repeater screens, so even those seated at the back follow presentations comfortably. We've installed both Zoom Room and Teams Room capabilities, which means hybrid meetings run smoothly without external tech support. The PA system includes multiple microphones, and we'll show you the controls during setup. Natural and adjustable lighting keeps energy levels up throughout day-long sessions, while our air conditioning maintains comfort year-round. The dedicated foyer outside Bevin Hall serves as your registration area, with cloakroom facilities keeping the main room uncluttered. Westminster Underground station is a brief walk away, making arrival straightforward for delegates crossing London. Ground floor access means no navigating stairs with equipment or materials. Our catering team prepares breaks and lunches in-house, adjusting menus for dietary requirements including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options.
