Up on the 7th floor, our Sparks room offers a private retreat from Westminster's busy streets below. Ten people can gather comfortably around the sleek white boardroom table, where morning sunlight streams through large windows overlooking the city. We've found this space works particularly well for board meetings, strategy sessions and confidential discussions where focus is essential. The room's clean, minimalist design helps clear thinking, with neutral tones and uncluttered surfaces that won't distract from your agenda. We've installed a plasma screen with full PA system capabilities, plus both wired and wireless connectivity options, so whether you're sharing quarterly results or presenting new proposals, the technology works smoothly in the background. The high-backed chairs might look elegant, but they're chosen primarily for comfort during those longer planning sessions. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, though we keep the air conditioning running to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The 7th floor location adds an element of privacy, removed from the main flow of building traffic, which many of our clients appreciate when discussing sensitive matters. Our venue sits just a short walk from Westminster Underground station, making it straightforward for participants to reach us from across London. While Sparks accommodates smaller groups, we have 14 other meeting rooms throughout the building if you need breakout spaces or are planning a larger event. Our in-house catering team can arrange refreshments to suit your schedule, from morning coffee and pastries through to working lunches, all prepared fresh in our kitchen. The boardroom layout seats 10 people comfortably, with enough space for laptops, documents and water glasses without feeling cramped.
