Our Esher Hall greets you with 1,218 square meters of possibility, where polished wooden floors stretch beneath high ceilings supported by substantial columns. This is where we've watched companies transform the space into everything from buzzing trade shows to focused conferences, each event taking advantage of the room's remarkable adaptability. The hall comfortably hosts 700 for standing receptions, or we can arrange theatre seating for 600 delegates. When dinner is served, 500 guests can be seated at round tables, while classroom layouts work perfectly for 300 participants. Our team regularly configures the space for cabaret-style events too, accommodating 400 guests who appreciate both the presentation and the networking opportunities between tables. Natural light pours through the large windows at one end, brightening morning sessions and creating an energising atmosphere that keeps attendees engaged throughout the day. We've installed a comprehensive AV setup including projector and PA system, while wireless internet reaches every corner of the hall.
