The Dr Charles West room spans a generous space on our first floor, where 24 green chairs brighten the grey carpeted interior. Through the large windows, natural light fills the room from morning through afternoon, keeping energy levels high during those intensive workshop sessions we regularly host here. We've installed a 75-inch interactive screen that catches everyone's attention the moment they walk in. The built-in computer means your presenter can launch straight into their Teams or Zoom call without fumbling with cables or adapters. During brainstorming sessions, teams spread out using the whiteboard and flip-chart while the touchscreen display lets them annotate presentations on the fly. The light wood tables move easily when you need to switch from classroom rows to a U-shape layout during lunch break. Our venue sits just off Lambs Conduit Street, making it simple to reach from Holborn, Chancery Lane or Russell Square stations. When your group needs a coffee break, Knockbox is literally around the corner, and for working lunches, Ciao Bella serves excellent Italian just two minutes' walk away. The Charles Dickens Museum nearby offers an interesting option for team outings after your session ends. The space adapts brilliantly to different meeting styles. We can arrange 16 people around a boardroom table for focused discussions, set up classroom-style rows for training 24 delegates, create theatre seating for presentations, or form a U-shape for 16 participants who need to see each other clearly. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles everyone's devices simultaneously, while air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable whether you're running a two-hour board meeting or an all-day training programme.
