The orange chairs around our boardroom table have become something of a signature here at our venue. This Events Meeting Room Space combines two adjoining rooms that work brilliantly for groups who need flexibility during their sessions. We've configured the main area with a large table that seats 20 people boardroom-style, though many teams use the space differently throughout the day, breaking into smaller groups or gathering everyone together as needed. Our wall-mounted TVs make presentations straightforward. We keep HDMI cables permanently attached, so you'll waste no time getting your content on screen. The contemporary lighting fixture above the main table creates the right atmosphere for focused work, while the climate control keeps everyone comfortable whether you're here for a morning strategy session or an afternoon workshop. The kitchenette tucked into one corner gets plenty of use. Groups often bring their own refreshments and use our sink, storage cabinets, mugs and glasses throughout the day. Just outside, the shared tea point stays stocked with everything you need for quick coffee breaks. When teams want to shift the energy, the soft seating in our breakout area offers a more relaxed setting for informal discussions. Our receptionist will meet you on arrival, show you how everything works, and get you connected to our high-speed Wi-Fi. The ground floor location means easy access for everyone, including wheelchair users, with accessible facilities right here on the same level. We're happy for you to bring outside catering, though we do add a £5 per person cleaning fee when food is involved. The five-minute walk from Old Street Station brings many regular groups here, while others prefer coming from Farringdon, especially now the Elizabeth Line stops there. After your session ends, Clerkenwell's restaurants and Barbican's cultural venues provide plenty of options for continuing conversations over dinner or drinks.
