About E.M. Forster
14 Boardroom
20 Classroom
20 Theatre
17 U-Shaped
15 Cabaret
On the third floor of our building, the E.M. Forster Room has become one of our most requested spaces for groups of up to 20 people. We named it after the famous author who once lived nearby, and the room shares his clarity of vision with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light throughout the day. The 65-inch interactive screen dominates one wall, complete with its own built-in computer that connects directly to Teams, Zoom, or any platform you prefer. During workshops, groups particularly enjoy using the touchscreen capability to annotate presentations in real-time, while the whiteboard gives you additional space for brainstorming sessions. We've furnished the room with modular tables and chairs that our team can arrange in whatever configuration works best, whether that's boardroom style for 14, theatre layout for 20, or U-shape for 17 delegates. What makes this room particularly versatile is how quickly we can transform it between sessions. Morning board meetings often give way to afternoon training workshops, and the neutral colour scheme with modern furnishings creates a professional backdrop for any type of gathering. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense strategy sessions, while the reliable Wi-Fi handles multiple devices when teams need to collaborate online. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square stations all within a short walk. Your attendees can grab coffee from Knockbox around the corner before the meeting starts, or you might arrange lunch at Ciao Bella or Eat Tokyo nearby. Some groups even incorporate visits to the Charles Dickens Museum into their away days. Our reception team handles all the practical details, from printing handouts to arranging catering that accommodates various dietary requirements. Previous clients consistently mention how we set up rooms exactly to specification and provide responsive support throughout their events.

Nice large space, exactly what we needed. Plenty of chairs and tables that could be moved and reconfigured easily throughout the afternoon.

Only thing that would have been better is to have had access to a tea point in the building rather than having to pay per head or g...
