The Council Chamber opens onto one of our most impressive meeting spaces, where 100 delegates can gather in tiered seating that rises gently from the presentation area. We've recently completed a full refurbishment here, installing ergonomic chairs that our regular clients tell us make all-day conferences surprisingly comfortable. Each seat comes with its own power socket and built-in microphone, so your delegates can participate fully without scrambling for charging points or passing handheld mics. Natural light pours through the tall windows, illuminating the vaulted ceiling that gives the room its distinctive character. When presentations require more focus, our remote-controlled blinds adjust at the touch of a button, just like the lighting system we've calibrated for different meeting scenarios. Four plasma screens positioned throughout the tiers mean everyone gets a clear view, working in tandem with our data projector to display your content exactly as intended. At the front, we've positioned a fixed table for four speakers or panellists, complete with dedicated screens and microphones. The auditorium-style layout naturally directs attention forward, making this room particularly effective for training sessions, annual conferences, or regulatory briefings where engagement matters. The acoustics work brilliantly for Q&A sessions, with the tiered seating creating clear sightlines between speakers and audience. Our venue sits minutes from Chancery Lane, Temple and Holborn underground stations, with City Thameslink providing additional connections. The Council Chamber includes full wheelchair access throughout, and your room hire automatically includes all the AV equipment plus an adjoining space for networking breaks or catering. Our in-house team at Graysons can arrange anything from working lunches to afternoon tea service, using seasonal British ingredients that complement the professional atmosphere of your meeting.
