We've designed this room to be genuinely adaptable, whether you're planning an intimate wedding ceremony for 100 or a lively celebration for up to 250 guests. Our programmable LED system transforms the atmosphere throughout your event, shifting from soft, romantic tones during dinner service to vibrant party colours when the dancing begins. The built-in audio-visual setup handles everything from heartfelt speeches to your carefully curated playlist, with crystal-clear sound reaching every corner of the room. For ceremonies and presentations, we arrange white draped chairs in theatre style for up to 140 guests, creating that perfect central aisle moment. When it's time to dine, the space transforms with round tables and our contemporary transparent chairs, comfortably seating 100 for a full banquet service. The raised stage area, which we dress with fresh florals, provides an elegant focal point for speeches, performances, or that all-important first dance. What makes Madison particularly special is how it connects with our larger Elysian ballroom, allowing natural flow between spaces for drinks receptions or expanded celebrations.
