Our restored 100-year-old metal doors tell their own story—each dent and patina mark preserved from when this Chelsea building housed Manhattan's industrial heart. We're tucked into the eighth floor at 208 W 30th Street, right where Chelsea meets the energy of Hudson Yards. Penn Station is a quick walk away, and we love pointing guests to the High Line for a pre-event stroll. The industrial concrete walls that define our 2,000 square feet weren't an afterthought—they're the authentic bones of the building that we've embraced rather than covered up. We can accommodate 100 guests for standing receptions or arrange seating for 50, depending on your needs. Our two outdoor balconies offer breathing room and city views—perfect when conversations need fresh air or photos need that Manhattan backdrop. The built-in HD projector and 100-inch drop screen handle everything from corporate presentations to wedding slideshows, all connected to our high-speed Wi-Fi. We keep designer furniture on hand that moves easily or stores away completely, letting each event reshape the space. From fashion shows utilizing our concrete walls as backdrop to intimate wedding ceremonies bathed in window light, we've hosted them all.
