The more intimate Fern Room welcomes up to 20 guests in what feels like a secret garden hideaway, perfect for milestone birthdays or baby showers where you want everyone to actually talk to each other. We're fully equipped for modern events despite our heritage setting. Our projector and flatscreen TV handle presentations when needed, while Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. The air conditioning means summer parties stay comfortable even when the sun streams through the glass roof. Our professional kitchen serves British cuisine that complements the garden atmosphere, though you're welcome to bring your own caterers if you have specific requirements in mind. What makes parties here special is the backdrop itself - your event photos will feature living walls of greenery rather than generic function room walls. We're licensed for wedding ceremonies too, so couples can say their vows among the plants before celebrating on our terrace. The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, and while we're in central London (W9 2PH on Clifton Villas), there's paid parking available nearby for guests arriving by car.
