About Actors Factory
Our 180 m2 office is located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris near the metro stations Rue des Boulets (L9) and Faiderhebe Chaligny (L8).
It offers various spaces:
-An entrance that opens onto a co-working space of 30m2, two offices of 10 and 15m2 and includes two toilets and a cloakroom.
The space is also open to the kitchen.
Coworking:
Equipment: 30m2 with sitting area and work space. Public address system possible.
-A large kitchen of 30m2 fitted with tables and cosy corner.
Kitchen:
Equipment : tables, chairs, sinks, two microwaves, an oven, kitchen utensils, coffee machine
- The main room, our studio: A large room of 80m2 bathed in light (4 large double windows)
Studio:
Equipment : Wall sound system, amplifier and speakers, video projector, fixed and mobile light system (ceiling spotlights), 2 convertible sofas, carpets, cushions and about 50 chairs.
-A separate annex of 30m2 fitted with a bathroom/toilet.
Appendix:
Equipment: A convertible sofa, footstools, carpets, tables and chairs, washing machine, large mirror
We also have two terraces 15m2 and 10m2 nicely arranged (false lawn and plants).
All rooms are well lit (many windows and lighting)
