The Seacole Room sits on the ground floor of our Westminster centre, ready to handle your next training session, board meeting or workshop for up to 55 delegates. We've configured this space countless times, from intimate boardroom discussions for 30 to theatre-style presentations at full capacity, and the wooden slatted ceiling creates just the right atmosphere for focused work without feeling boxed in. Your presentations run smoothly here with our HD screen and projector setup, controlled through wall-mounted iPads that also adjust the lighting to suit your needs. We keep flipcharts, whiteboards and markers stocked, plus there's a conference phone for those essential dial-ins. The digital signage outside helps your delegates find you quickly, while inside, the neutral décor and professional furnishings keep attention where it belongs. The room transforms easily between layouts. We regularly shift from classroom rows for morning training (30 delegates) to cabaret rounds for afternoon workshops (36 delegates), or create that perfect U-shape for 24 participants when discussion and interaction matter most. Our events team handles the furniture moves, so you arrive to find everything exactly as requested. Eden, our catering partners, deliver refreshments directly to the room, from morning pastries and proper coffee through to working lunches that accommodate every dietary requirement. Most groups keep their momentum going with in-room catering, though Westminster's lunch spots sit just outside if anyone needs fresh air. Victoria and Pimlico stations are both under ten minutes' walk away, making morning arrivals straightforward whether your team travels from Surrey or the City.
