At Roehampton Club, our century-old parkland estate provides the perfect backdrop for celebrations that matter. The Roehampton Room transforms beautifully for parties of all kinds, from milestone birthdays to anniversary celebrations, with space for up to 250 guests for drinks receptions or 200 seated for dinner. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light during daytime events, while offering enchanting views across our manicured gardens as evening approaches. We've hosted everything from corporate celebrations to charity galas here, and the flexibility of the space means we can configure it exactly as you envision. Round tables dressed in crisp white linens create an elegant dining atmosphere, while leaving plenty of room for a proper dance floor when the band strikes up. Speaking of bands, we have no noise restrictions and hold late licences until midnight or 1am, so your chosen entertainment can perform without worry. Our events team helps coordinate everything from the bar setup to the perfect lighting scheme, working with you to create the atmosphere you're after. The room flows naturally between dining, dancing and mingling areas, meaning your guests won't miss a moment while moving between the bar and dance floor. Our Victorian gardens visible through those grand windows make stunning photo backdrops, particularly during golden hour. Many clients incorporate our 100-acre grounds into their celebrations, perhaps starting with welcome drinks on the terrace or ending with fireworks over the parkland. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're just 20 minutes from central London with free parking on-site, and Barnes railway station is a short walk away. Our experienced catering team creates bespoke menus for every celebration, from canapé receptions to formal dinners, always using the finest seasonal ingredients.
