Since 1891, our building at 155 Water Street has been part of Brooklyn's industrial heritage, and today The Dumbo Loft brings that history to life for your celebrations. Our 3,000-square-foot space on the upper floor gives you those sought-after DUMBO elements—original exposed brick, wooden ceiling beams, and hardwood floors that have aged beautifully over the decades. What really stops people in their tracks are the oversized windows running along the walls. During daytime events, natural light floods the space, and as evening approaches, you'll see the Manhattan Bridge framed perfectly against the skyline. Those cobblestone streets below? They add to the authentic Brooklyn atmosphere your guests will love. We've set up the loft to handle parties of all sizes. For seated dinners with dancing, we comfortably fit 140 guests, or you can host up to 200 for cocktail-style celebrations. Everything you need comes included—130 white folding chairs, 14 round banquet tables, plus two rectangular tables for buffets or gift displays. Our 400-square-foot kitchen prep area has commercial refrigeration, a freezer, sink, and plenty of counter space for your caterers to work their magic. The space transforms beautifully for different party styles. We've hosted everything from elaborate weddings with full bands to milestone birthdays, fashion shows with runway setups, and corporate holiday parties. The dressing room downstairs gives wedding parties or performers a private space to prepare, and yes, we have full wheelchair access via elevator. Your rental includes the full day—11 AM to 1 AM—so there's no rush setting up or breaking down. Pricing runs $3,000 Monday through Thursday, $4,000 for Friday and Sunday events, and $5,000 for Saturday celebrations. Our flexible layout means you can create exactly the party atmosphere you're envisioning in this authentic DUMBO setting.
