Our fifth-floor rooftop terrace at Jay Suites Fifth Avenue transforms Manhattan meetings and celebrations into something special. From 15 West 38th Street, you're literally watching the Empire State Building light up the sky while your guests mingle across 2,500 square feet of outdoor space. We built this terrace to handle real New York events - the furniture actually stays put in the wind, the Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and yes, you can absolutely bring your own caterer if our menu doesn't match your vision. The space works differently depending on what you need. We've configured it for 150 people standing at cocktail receptions, or seated 100 for presentations and dinners. The sound system handles everything from microphone speeches to DJ sets, and our lighting setup means your event looks good whether it's a 3pm product launch or an 8pm proposal party. Corporate teams use the terrace for training workshops and networking sessions, while creative types book us for fashion shows, art exhibitions, and film shoots. Beyond the rooftop, we're running 232 furnished executive suites throughout the building, plus five meeting rooms that fit anywhere from 7 to 28 people. The fourth-floor amenity space gives you extra room for breakouts or quieter conversations. Everything connects through our ground-floor lobby with its own private entrance - no navigating through other businesses to reach your event. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're blocks from Penn Station and Port Authority, with the 1, 2, 3, S, 7, N, Q, R, W, A, C, and E trains all nearby. Bryant Park sits a few minutes east, Times Square a quick walk north. Our Midtown location puts you right in the garment district energy while keeping the rooftop surprisingly peaceful above the street noise.
