Eight chandeliers cast warm light across the barrel-vaulted ceiling at Amalfi White, where we've been hosting meetings and corporate functions in Melbourne, Derbyshire since transforming this Victorian building into something special. That 1890s ceiling in The Ballroom creates quite the impression when clients walk in for their first conference or strategy session. We've configured our spaces to work brilliantly for corporate gatherings. The Ballroom handles larger presentations and company events, while The White Bar offers a more intimate setting for board meetings or team workshops. Our curved white bar and antique furnishings in this space create an atmosphere that's professional yet relaxed - perfect when you need those creative ideas flowing during brainstorming sessions. Our Bar Lounge Area works particularly well for networking breaks or informal catch-ups between sessions. We find groups naturally gravitate here during coffee breaks, and the space encourages those valuable corridor conversations that often spark the best ideas. When weather permits, our landscaped garden provides an excellent outdoor option for working lunches or evening receptions after a day of meetings. As a 2 AA rosette restaurant and winner of Derby Food and Drink Awards' Best Out of Town Restaurant 2021, we take our catering seriously. Whether it's working breakfasts, business lunches, or formal dinners, our kitchen team ensures your delegates are well-fed and energized throughout their time here.
