Our offices at LDG - Waterside occupy a former Victorian printworks that's been thoughtfully converted into contemporary workspace. The building at 44-48 Wharf Rd in Hoxton still shows its industrial heritage through the original painted brickwork and those oversized factory windows that now flood our spaces with natural light throughout the day. We've preserved the character of these old printing halls while creating functional office spaces within the spacious warehouse structure. The high ceilings give everything an open, airy feel that you don't often find in London offices. From many of our desks, you can look out over Wenlock Basin - the water and surrounding greenery create a surprisingly peaceful environment for focused work, especially considering we're right in the heart of N1. The offices come equipped with everything needed for modern business operations. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for presentations and video calls, and our furniture can be reconfigured depending on whether you need boardroom-style setups, collaborative workspaces, or theatre seating for larger gatherings. We regularly host corporate meetings, training sessions, product launches, and even exhibitions in these versatile spaces. Getting here couldn't be easier - Angel station is a short walk away, and Old Street is also nearby. The recently refurbished business development includes both a shared central courtyard and landscaped areas along the canal. During lunch, you'll often find people from the building taking calls by the water or having informal meetings in the courtyard. Our event management team handles the logistics of room setup, technical requirements, and any specific arrangements you need.
