Black leather chairs catch the afternoon light in The Mayfair Room, where we've created a space that works as hard as the professionals who use it. Our flagship meeting room comfortably seats up to 16 people around the sleek conference table for boardroom sessions, or we can arrange theatre-style seating for 20 when you need a presentation format. For networking events and receptions, the room opens up to accommodate 24 guests. The 65" Samsung UHD TV dominates one end of the room, ready to display your presentations with crystal clarity. Connect your device through Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring, or the HDMI socket, whatever works best for your setup. We've positioned the screen so everyone has a clear view, whether they're at the main table or in the breakout seating areas we've tucked into the corners with small round tables. Natural light pours through the windows along Albemarle Street, brightening the dark wood floors and highlighting the contemporary black-and-white photography on our walls. The secondary glazing means street noise stays outside while your discussions remain private. Our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable throughout those lengthy strategy sessions, and the audio conference unit ensures remote colleagues join the conversation without missing a beat. Fresh coffee arrives throughout your meeting, alongside premium teas, mineral water and sweet treats to keep energy levels up. When you need something more substantial, we arrange quality lunch deliveries straight to the room. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, and we provide all the writing materials you might need. You'll find us just three minutes' walk from Green Park underground and five from Piccadilly Circus.
