Our 300 sq/ft Studio 4 brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one thoughtfully designed space. The room's standout feature is a striking glass block window that fills the space with natural light while maintaining complete privacy for confidential discussions. We've configured this studio to work brilliantly for groups up to 12 in boardroom style, though we can adjust the layout for classroom (14), theatre (14), or U-shaped arrangements (12). For informal networking sessions, the space accommodates 15 standing. The neutral grey walls and light carpeting create a calm backdrop for focused work, while our circular overhead lighting ensures everyone can see clearly, even during late afternoon sessions. Your presentations run smoothly here with our built-in tech setup: a wall-mounted TV monitor, video projector, whiteboard, and flip chart are all ready to use. We've also installed a Sony HD camera, perfect when you need to record training sessions or connect remote participants via video conference. The acoustics have been carefully balanced, so whether you're leading a strategy session or conducting interviews, every word comes through clearly.
