Walking into the Duke Boardroom, you'll notice how the natural daylight from the large windows brings the space to life, even though we're tucked away in the basement level. This room comfortably seats up to 16 delegates around our substantial boardroom table, with each person having plenty of elbow room in the plush purple chairs that our Italian furniture designers selected for both style and comfort. We've positioned a 42" Full HD screen at the perfect viewing angle for everyone around the table, making presentations clear from every seat. The high-speed Wi-Fi comes standard with your booking, along with all the projection equipment you'll need, so there's no scrambling for adapters or dealing with connectivity issues when your meeting starts. Our venue sits on Hallam Street in Fitzrovia, practically neighbours with the BBC headquarters. Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park stations are all within a few minutes' walk, which makes it straightforward for your attendees coming from different parts of London. The area's packed with coffee shops and lunch spots if anyone needs to grab something before or after your session. The Duke works particularly well for board meetings, training sessions and team workshops. We keep the space clean and functional, with air conditioning that helps manage the temperature when you have a full room. Our dimmable lighting system lets you adjust the atmosphere for presentations or discussions, while electronic door locks ensure your meeting stays private. Our Meeting Coordinating Team prepares all catering fresh on-site, and we can serve lunch in our separate Victorian dining room if you'd prefer a change of scene during breaks. Whether you need the space for an hour, half day, full day or even evenings and weekends, we'll work around your schedule to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Only slight challenge was, being a basement room, air circulation was a bit of a struggle - so it got hot quite quickly. and the TV was a bit small give the capacity of the room.

Great location Food and tea/coffee were a bit lacking and dull windows were frosted over and did not open which let the room feeling a bit stuffy but great experience over all
