The William Jessop Suite offers one of our most flexible meeting spaces, with direct access from the main reception making arrivals straightforward for your delegates. Natural light floods through the expansive windows throughout the day, creating an energising environment that keeps everyone focused and engaged. We've equipped this ground-floor suite with everything you need for professional presentations: a ceiling-mounted projector, three built-in screens, and a full PA system with microphone. The room comfortably accommodates 100 delegates in theatre style, though we regularly reconfigure it for boardroom sessions of 50, classroom layouts for training days, or cabaret style for 65 when you want to encourage group discussions over lunch. What sets this space apart is the private lounge area adjoining the main room. Furnished with comfortable mulberry sofas and original artwork, it transforms coffee breaks into productive networking moments. We find delegates particularly appreciate having this separate space for registration or informal conversations without leaving the suite. Measuring 19.8 by 7 metres, the room adapts easily to your requirements, whether you're planning a formal conference, training workshop, or team strategy session. Our events team coordinates refreshment service throughout your meeting, ensuring minimal disruption to your agenda. Transport links are excellent, with Temple Meads station nearby for those travelling by train.
