The Tindale Room greets you with floods of natural light streaming through its street-facing windows, creating the kind of atmosphere where ideas flow naturally. We've designed this ground floor space for those moments when eight people need to come together and really focus—whether that's your board making crucial decisions, candidates experiencing their first impression of your company, or coaching sessions where clarity matters. The oval table at the heart of the room changes the dynamic completely. Unlike traditional rectangular setups, everyone can see each other clearly, encouraging the kind of open discussion that moves projects forward. We chose comfortable chairs that support long sessions without that restless shifting that disrupts concentration, and positioned them to make the most of the daylight that fills the space throughout the day. Our wooden sideboard serves multiple purposes—morning meetings often see it laden with coffee and pastries from our kitchens, while afternoon sessions might feature materials spread out for easy reference. The contemporary pendant light above provides perfect illumination when London's weather turns grey, maintaining that bright, productive atmosphere whatever the season. We've kept the design deliberately minimal. A single piece of artwork adds visual interest without distraction, while a touch of greenery brings life to the room. The result feels professional yet approachable—formal enough for serious discussions but relaxed enough that people actually want to contribute. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Charing Cross stations all sit within walking distance, and John Adam Street's central location means your attendees won't struggle with complicated journeys. Our ground floor location also means no navigating multiple flights of stairs between sessions. For those planning interviews, the Tindale Room offers privacy without isolation. Coaching sessions benefit from the calm environment, while small board meetings find the intimate scale keeps everyone engaged and accountable.
