Walking into The Long Room, you'll find yourself in one of our most popular meeting spaces, tucked away from the bustle of Shoreditch yet perfectly positioned just minutes from Hoxton station. This thoughtfully designed room combines the practical elements your team needs with an atmosphere that encourages productive conversations. The space comfortably seats 18 people around our long wooden tables for boardroom meetings, or we can arrange theatre-style seating for presentations accommodating up to 30 attendees. The clean lines and neutral tones create a calm backdrop for focused work, while the basement location ensures you won't be distracted by street noise. Though natural light is limited, the bright interior lighting keeps the energy up throughout your session. We've equipped The Long Room with everything you need for effective meetings: high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works, flipcharts for brainstorming sessions, and projectors for presentations. The leather chairs in our informal seating area have become a favourite spot for coffee breaks or those important side conversations that often happen between agenda items. Our venue sits in the creative heart of East London, with Old Street Station just half a mile away for those coming from further afield. The lift access and accessible facilities mean every member of your team can join comfortably. We'll keep everyone refreshed with tea, coffee and biscuits throughout your booking, though you're welcome to arrange external catering if you prefer. The room was perfect!

I used both the Studio and the Boardroom. Perfect training setting and having both rooms gave us space for breaks and lunch. The team on site were easy to work with and very responsive. Great!

A really good room for a team meeting, there was plenty of space and the staff we really helpful on the day when we were having technical issues! Really good value and would recommend - will definitely book again if we have another group session and need a large meeting...
