Our Library meeting room draws its name from the carefully curated shelves lining the walls, filled with volumes on architecture, design, fashion and photography. This boardroom seats up to 12 people around a substantial table, with comfortable beige chairs that keep everyone focused through lengthy discussions. The room creates its own atmosphere with geometric wallpaper and adjustable lighting, compensating for the absence of windows with a distraction-free environment. At one end, a 65-inch Ultra HD SMART Samsung TV handles presentations and video calls, while a digital whiteboard and flipchart occupy the opposite wall for those who prefer traditional brainstorming methods. We've positioned The Library just a minute's walk from King's Cross St. Pancras Station, making it particularly convenient for teams gathering from different locations. The space works equally well for strategy sessions, creative workshops, or board meetings where privacy and concentration matter. An espresso machine sits ready in the corner, alongside a selection of teas and filtered water (both still and sparkling). Our in-house catering team can arrange working lunches or coffee breaks as needed, though we don't permit external catering in this space. The wider venue maintains a professional environment with clean lines and thoughtfully chosen artwork throughout. Our reception team knows every corner of the building and handles those inevitable last-minute requests. For those travelling from further afield, we've secured preferential rates with accommodation partners nearby, which proves particularly useful for early morning starts. Power points are positioned conveniently around the table, the Wi-Fi runs reliably, and the climate control keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season.
