Suite 2 sits on our first floor, where morning light fills the room through expansive windows that stretch along one wall. The space comfortably fits 55 people in theatre configuration, though many of our clients prefer the more collaborative setups: 25 in classroom style for training days, or 20 around the boardroom table when decisions need to be made. The red upholstered chairs might catch your eye first, but it's their comfort during six-hour workshops that attendees remember. We can reconfigure the modular furniture between sessions, switching from U-shaped morning presentations to afternoon breakout groups without missing a beat. Your presentations will run smoothly with our LCD projector and white screen already in place, plus flipcharts positioned where you need them. The amplified sockets throughout mean laptops stay charged regardless of where participants choose to sit. When afternoon sun threatens to wash out your slides, our blackout facilities ensure perfect screen visibility. We manage the air conditioning throughout the day, adjusting as the room fills and empties. The shared breakout area just outside becomes an extension of your meeting space, where conversations continue over fresh coffee that we keep flowing.
