The fifth floor transforms completely when you step into The State Rooms & Rooftop Terrace. We've watched countless presenters pause mid-sentence, caught by the natural light streaming through our elegant skylights. The Moooi lighting fixtures cast geometric patterns across the white chairs and round tables, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical meeting spaces. Our venue designed these interconnected rooms, the Euston Room and Stephenson Room, to flow seamlessly between configurations. Yesterday's theatre-style product launch becomes today's cabaret networking event, with our team rearranging the space to suit each group's needs. The built-in AV systems, including large screens and projectors, handle everything from quarterly board presentations to training videos without missing a beat. What really sets these rooms apart is the adjoining Rooftop Terrace. We often see delegates gravitating outside during coffee breaks, drawn by the London skyline stretching before them. The partially covered design means April showers or August sunshine won't disrupt your networking plans. Our Bose speaker system extends outside, so presentations can continue al fresco when the mood strikes. With capacity for 230 guests at receptions, 160 in theatre style, or 140 in cabaret layout, we accommodate everything from intimate strategy sessions to company-wide announcements. The smaller adjoining room works brilliantly as a breakout space, where teams can huddle for focused discussions before rejoining the main group. Being just one minute from Euston Station, attendees arrive without the usual pre-meeting stress. Warren Street tube station provides an alternative route for those coming from different directions. This Grade II* listed building carries its history lightly, blending period charm with the technology and flexibility modern meetings demand.
