The Park Square Boardroom sits at the heart of our period building in Leeds' legal and financial quarter, where original features meet modern business needs. Through the large windows, you'll look out onto Park Square's greenery while your team settles around our substantial wooden table, which seats up to 16 people comfortably. We've furnished the boardroom with plush red chairs that our regular clients tell us make even lengthy sessions feel manageable. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, complemented by tasteful artwork and a central plant arrangement that brings a touch of the outdoors inside. The room maintains the building's original character while providing everything you need for productive meetings. Our venue stands in Vicarage Chambers, just a 10-minute walk from Leeds Train Station, making it convenient for teams travelling from across Yorkshire and beyond. The LED screen, flipchart and whiteboard are ready for your presentations, and we keep the WiFi running smoothly for all your connectivity needs. Our location puts you among the city's professional services, with plenty of cafes nearby when you need a change of scene between sessions. We provide fresh tea, coffee and water throughout your booking, with catering options available from breakfast through to buffet-style networking events. Our Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, something our guests consistently appreciate. Very welcoming and efficient service. This meeting room has a great city centre location and is spacious with lots of natural daylight.

Great value, lovely sunny room with big windows. Warm and cosy on a cold day, tea, coffee water provided, seamless technology provided. Wifi was a little iffy would be my only negative. I think any more than 4 or 5 people would be a little tight.
