Our Meeting Room provides a focused workspace where four people can gather around a round table for productive discussions. The natural light streaming through the large window creates an energising atmosphere, while the artwork on the walls adds character without distraction. We've equipped the room with everything needed for effective meetings: a whiteboard for mapping out ideas, air conditioning to maintain comfort throughout longer sessions, and filtered water to keep everyone refreshed. The AV equipment and WiFi support presentations and video calls, making this space equally suitable for client meetings, interviews, or team brainstorming sessions. The round table configuration encourages collaborative discussion, with modern chairs ensuring comfort during extended meetings. We provide pads and pens as standard, so participants can arrive ready to work without worrying about stationery. Our venue sits in the heart of Summertown's high street, making it convenient for attendees arriving from different locations. The excellent connections to Oxford city centre mean colleagues can easily reach us, while the surrounding cafes and independent eateries offer plenty of options for continuing conversations over coffee or grabbing lunch between sessions. Throughout the building, our reception team welcomes visitors and can direct them to your meeting room. The communal kitchens on each floor stay stocked with tea and bean-to-cup coffee, perfect for offering refreshments to guests or taking a quick break. Previous users have particularly appreciated our modern facilities and the professional yet comfortable environment we maintain. The space works well for various purposes, from formal interviews to creative workshops, with many clients returning regularly when they need a quiet, well-equipped room for important conversations. While we don't have on-site parking, the central location means most visitors find the venue easily accessible by other means.
