Walk into East Two and you'll immediately notice the distinctive brick-vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a feature that gives this first-floor meeting room genuine character. We've preserved these original architectural elements while creating a space that works brilliantly for modern business needs. The room comfortably hosts between 14 and 26 delegates, depending on your preferred setup. We can arrange the tables in boardroom style for focused discussions, classroom layout for training sessions, theatre format for presentations, or U-shape for interactive workshops. Whatever configuration you choose, there's ample space for everyone to work comfortably without feeling cramped. Natural light streams through the large windows, which we've dressed with sheer curtains so you can control the brightness during presentations. The air conditioning keeps the temperature just right year-round, and we've made sure the room is fully accessible for all your guests. You'll find the projector screen and flip chart already in place, along with fresh notepads and water at each seat. Our venue sits in a peaceful corner of Cardiff, away from the main thoroughfare but still central enough that your delegates can easily pop out to explore during breaks. Cardiff Castle is just a short walk away, as is the Bay area if anyone fancies a waterfront stroll between sessions. St David's Shopping Centre is nearby too, handy for those who need to grab something quickly. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with excellent public transport links and our own secure parking on-site. No need for attendees to circle the streets looking for spaces or worry about time restrictions. Once your meeting wraps up, the rest of our facilities are at your disposal, from the restaurant serving Welsh favourites to the pool and spa area for those staying overnight.
